Working Through Fear

I encourage you to face and overcome whatever it is in your life that terrifies you. On the other side of it, there is no more fear.
When I'm feeling anything other than my norm, my first instinct is to protect myself. That looks like no social media because it exaggerates the negative feelings; no talking to anyone because I don't always know how to explain because I don't always understand what's going on; overeating to dull intense emotions so I can function normally when needed.

There are so many others.
Part of my goal when I drastically changed my engagement online was complete transparency. Why? Because I know that by sharing my journey, it will help others on theirs.

My difficulty is actually gathering the energy to make a post or article in the moment. Often times, when I'm back to myself, its weeks later and the content seems distant and irrelevant. Correct me if I'm wrong but I assume no one would be interested?
What I am working on is sharing during the hard times because they are frequent especially nowadays. There's so much positivity out there and that's wonderful. I also know there is no much inner work calling to be done too and I'm not seeing as much of that. Thank you to @risingwoman as just one example of many highlighting the opportunity for inner work right now.
I know I'm going in the right direction because to push here feels scary and difficult. I remember when I first changed my content how scary it was and now it's my new norm. I encourage you to face and overcome whatever it is in your life that terrifies you. On the other side of it, there is no more fear.

P. S. If you didn’t see my last article, I am offering a free journaling course to help you gain self-awareness. If there is anything that I want all everyone in my community to know, its how to journal effectively and with maximal results for each individual. Click here for the course!

Much love,
