Do you know how often you think negative or self-limiting thoughts?
It might be more than you think.
Wear a rubber band or hair tie on your wrist today and snap it every time you catch yourself thinking something negative.
If you didn’t care before now, now you will. Every single thought you have is bringing that very thing into your life. You complain about not being able to lose weight, and low and behold, you don’t lose weight.
Tomorrow, do the same thing but when you snap that band, replace the negative thought with a positive one like, “I am getting closer to my ideal weight every day and am enjoying the process of getting there.”
Its the baby steps, the little tweaks that take us from disempowered to MANIFESTING!
